Matriva Launches Making Tax Digital Compliance Tools for UK Landlords Ahead of 2026 Deadline

• Direct HMRC OAuth connection for secure, authenticated submissions
• UK landlord-specific income and expense categories aligned to HMRC rules
• Automatic quarterly update generation from categorised transactions
• Tax treatment tagging for finance costs, capital allowances and replacement relief
• A full audit trail of every submission for record-keeping compliance

Matriva's MTD module also integrates with its existing landlord accounting tools, meaning landlords who already track their income and expenses on the platform can generate their quarterly updates with a single click once their transactions are categorised.
