How it works

1. Step 1

   Send us your spreadsheet

   Export your portfolio to a spreadsheet (Excel or CSV) and upload it to Matriva. Include whatever you have - address, postcode, bedrooms, bathrooms, rent, deposit, photos and compliance dates.

2. Step 2

   We set everything up

   Our team imports every row, creates the property records, attaches the details and gets each listing ready to publish - no re-typing on your side.

3. Step 3

   Review and publish

   You review the imported portfolio, tweak anything you like, and publish your listings live. Your whole book of properties is moved across in one go.
