Online tenancy agreements

Create periodic (rolling) tenancy agreements entirely online and collect electronic signatures from all parties - landlord, agent, and tenant. Matriva sends automatic reminders to outstanding signatories, tracks signature status, and stores the signed agreement against the property and tenant records. No more printing, scanning, or posting.
