Matriva Launches Property Listings with AI-Powered Descriptions and Automatic Portal Feed Generation

Matriva has launched a new property listings module that allows landlords and letting agents to publish rental properties with AI-generated marketing descriptions and automatically generate data feeds for major UK property portals.

The listing tools use AI to generate property marketing copy from the property details entered by the landlord, producing a concise short description for search results and a longer description for the detail page. The AI is instructed to write compelling, accurate copy without referencing the specific property address or area, in line with Matriva's privacy-first approach to listings.

"Writing a good property description is hard, and most landlords either copy something generic or spend hours on it," said Mike Georgeson. "Our AI generates a professional listing description in seconds from the property details, and the landlord can edit it before publishing."

Key features of the listings module include:

Once a listing is published, it appears on Matriva's public property search and can be exported to external portals through the generated feeds. Landlords can track views and tenant enquiries directly from their dashboard.
