Matriva has launched the Tenant Passport, a portable rental profile that consolidates a tenant's verified identity, rental history, employment details and payment records into a single shareable document they own and control.

The Tenant Passport is designed to solve a recurring problem for renters: every time they apply for a new property, they start the referencing process from scratch, re-submitting the same documents and waiting weeks for verification. The Passport changes this by building a verified profile once and reusing it for every future application.

The Passport includes:

• Rental payment history with on-time payment percentage
• Employment details with verified employer references
• Previous rental history with landlord references
• A shareable link that landlords and agents can review without the tenant re-applying

Tenants control who can view their Passport and can revoke access at any time. The Passport is free for tenants and is automatically populated as they use Matriva's referencing and rent payment features.
